Double-belt metering machine

The KraussMaffei Puromat series is a range of inexpensive high-pressure PUR machines suitable for processing all conventional systems.

Principle

The Puromat is a reliable, easy-to-operate system that can be combined with any mixing head. The standard machine, which has a proven track record, is also suitable for new entrants to the field of PUR processing.

Technology

The main components are metered using high-pressure axial piston pumps. Additives are metered using high- and/or medium-pressure piston or gear pumps. Simple or duplex mixing heads are used. Additives are metered using static mixers (for high-pressure systems) or premixing stations (for low-pressure systems).
